TERMITES

Subterranean termites pose a serious threat to wooden structures from the basic components of buildings mainly roof trusses, wooden and parquet flooring, cabinets and fittings, door frames and window frames.

Treatment: Pre Construction Treatment (Soil Treatment), Post Construction Treatment (Corrective Soil Treatment) and Termite Baiting.

COMMON ANTS

Ants are a common pest found in our households and offices, mainly at sink areas, crevices around tiles skirting boards, bathrooms and other areas. They are not known to carry disease however they are a nuisance.

Treatment: Residual Spraying and Gel Baits.

COCKROACHES

Cockroaches are the most common pest in Malaysia. It is found in most areas where food and water are easily available such as kitchens, cracks, bathrooms, gully traps and sewerage areas.

Treatment: Residual Spraying, Gel Baits, and Cockroach Glue Traps.

RODENTS

Rodents can breed throughout the year and dominate new areas easily. It is usually found in places where food is either stored or found around the premises, in drain pipes and in dumpster areas.

Treatment: Temper Resistant Bait Station (TRBS), Glue Traps and Baits.

MOSQUITOES

A pest survey conducted in Malaysia revealed that mosquitoes are the biggest pest problem which causes various different types of diseases.

Treatment: Fogging and Larvaciding.
