Anti Termite Treatment – Method Statement

Comprises of 4 stages:

Anti termite treatment is carried out in four stages described below.

One (1) Stage

• Stage 1 – (Floor Slab) This treatment is applied on the prepared, compacted hardcore, i.e on the underside of the floor slab with concentration of spray on both sides/edges of the ground beams. This constitutes the first stage of the treatment.

Two (2) Stage

• Stage 1 – (Floor Slab) The treatment is applied on the prepared, compacted hardcore, i.e. on the underside of the floor slab with concentration of spray on both sides/ edges of the ground beams. This constitutes the first (1st) stage of the treatment.
• Stage 2 – (Apron) During the second stage, anti- termite solution is applied on the prepared hardcore at the apron area, porch, patio, lanai and other covered areas.

Three (3) Stage

• Stage 1 – (Foundation and Ground Beams). Anti treatment is applied on the foundation and ground beams with concentration on both sides/edges of the ground beams.
• Stage 2 – (Floor Slab) Anti termite treatment is applied on the prepared, compacted hardcore
• Stage 3 – (Apron) Anti termite treatment is carried out on the prepared hardcore at the apron area.

Four (4) Stage

• Stage 1 – (Foundation) When piling is completed, we carry out the anti termite treatment into the soil at the foundations.
• Stage 2 – (Ground Beams) After the pile caps are erected, the anti termite treatment is carried out at the ground beams.
• Stage 3 – (Floor Slab) The anti termite treatment is applied on the prepared compacted hardcore floor slab.
• Stage 4 – (Apron) Anti termite treatment is carried out on the prepared hardcore at the apron area.
